Our selection of yoga, retreat and course offers enables you to integrate relaxation therapy into your holiday.


Our yoga courses
Wednesday: 17:30 - 18:30 gentle stretching & yin yoga
Thursday: 7:30 - 8:30 activating morning yoga
Our Brüüge 1.085 may also be used outside these hours for your own practice. Mats, belts, blocks, TRX bands, Hanteln & Co are available for use in your training programme. Just let reception know of your plans.
Our retreats
Here in the Sonnenburg yoga retreats are organised at regular intervals. The heart of the matter here is to create a space for a holistic existence. A combination of themes over a period of several days, including nature, healthy eating, yoga, meditation and movement, enables participants to unwind, find their inner selves and revitalise.
