Vitality measurement
The aim of vitality measurement is to develop an increased awareness of the body’s needs, the ability to sense whether it is running harmoniously and to analyse the interaction of one’s physical and mental state.
The measurement is a good starting point to find the right training package for you. With the check, we measure your heart rate variability and look at your current state. This includes energy, fitness, stress levels, sleep patterns and many other details. Based on the results, we can put together a nutrition plan for you and define activities that are aligned with your current state and goal.
Your coach:
The measurement is carried out by your hostess Heike Wohlgenannt, who is a qualified HRV professional. Afterwards, you will get together to discuss the results and a tailor-made vitality plan will be prepared, based on the three stimuli - revitalising, harmony and regeneration.
