BOOKING INFORMATION

At the moment rooms are available from 15.00 to 18.00. If you plan to arrive outside these times, please let us know.  

Early / late check-in is possible by prior arrangement.

Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00 at the latest on the day of departure.  

When possible, late check-out can be arranged for a supplementary charge.  

 

The breakfast buffet is available from 8:00 to 10:00; an early bird breakfast is available on request.

Vegan, lactose-free and gluten-free alternatives are also available by prior request.

Dogs are allowed in the hotel, and are very welcome in the following room categories: “Gipfelschtuuba” suite, deluxe double “Gugger suite”, superior double  “Bergnäägele”, premium double/family room “Sonnahölderle”.

Charges for your four-legged friends are € 15.00 – or € 25.00 per night (above knee-height) according to race and size. Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant or spa complex.

We would appreciate you bringing your own dog blanket and hand towels for drying your dog’s coat. Dogs are not allowed to sleep on the beds: many thanks for your understanding.  
 
As well as the hotel, the mountain railway charges a one-off fee of € 5.- and muzzles are compulsory in both buses and cable cars.

Families are extremely welcome here with us! Cots and extra beds are available on request.

Our prices for children:
0-2 years: € 10.- per night
3-9 years: € 50.- per night
10-15 years: € 73.- per night

Free outdoor car parking is available next to the hotel. All suite bookings include a parking space in the underground garage. Otherwise, spaces in the underground garage can be pre-booked. In addition, an e-charging station is located right outside the hotel.

We know that it is very difficult to plan anything at all at the moment. That is why we have revised our conditions of cancellation to reflect the situation in which we find outselves. In general we would be happy to give you a credit note for your next holiday with us – bookings may be changed at any time.

Generally speaking the following conditions of cancellation apply in the case of bookings made directly:

• Up to 14 days before the planned arrival date: cancellation free of charge
• 13 to 7 days before the planned arrival date: 70% of the full holiday cost
• Less than 6 days before the planned arrival date: 90% of the full holiday cost
