At the Sonnenburg you can start your day with a generous buffet breakfast. Here you will find a tempting selection of dishes catering for those with a sweet tooth as well as those who prefer savouries. Featuring everything from porridge to muesli, local cheese and sausage specialities, fresh salads, eggs and a wide selection of bread and bread rolls, our buffet has something for every taste and preference.

Dinner, served between 18.00 and 20.00, consists of an imaginative 5-course menu with an additional salad and starter buffet. Our cuisine features modern cooking techniques combined with local speciality dishes with an added international twist. Prepare to be amazed! 

Sustainability is essential for us, and we do all we can to avoid unnecessary food wastage. With this in mind, we offer a choice of portion sizes guaranteed to suit every appetite.
